STORE POLICY & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

At Equine Envy, we do our absolute best to provide you with premium products and a premium service. We are a small, locally (VIC) owned business and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

As much as this is the case, unfortunately human error can occur. If you feel dissatisfied with your products or our service, please contact us directly at olivia.oconnor@live.com and we will endeavour to rectify the error.

 

Return/Exchanges

 

Equine Envy  has an exchange or credit policy. No refunds will be given for non-faulty items. If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, it must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in original packaging, with swing tags attached and must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition to be eligible for return. Please note- We do not offer exchanges on any sale items as we cannot guarantee availability of sizes and styles.

 

 

How the credit works:

 

If your return is for a full priced item, your credit amount will be noted in-store and online, and you will be emailed or messaged through a code for your use.This can then be redeemed on checkout or when you come in store.

 

Time frame:

 

Credit notes can be arranged generally within 1-2 days of receiving the garment or item back to store. You have one year to use the credit amount.

 

Faulty Items:

 

If there is an issue with your item, depending on available stock we will either replace the faulty item or give a credit for the invoice amount (whichever you prefer).

 

Incorrect item sent:

 

In the rare case of an incorrect item being sent, please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure the correct item is set aside for you to be posted as soon as the incorrect item has been returned to the shop. As per return shipping costs (below), these will be credited back to you upon return of the item.

 

Shipping Costs:

 

The return shipping is at the customers expense for all regular returns, If the return is a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, the return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer and then credited back by Equine Envy.

 

Sale Items:

 

We do not offer returns on sale or discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code or promo code, or items purchased during a flash sale.

 

Unavailable or Out of Stock items:

 

If we have run out of a particular style. Please email us at store olivia.oconnor@live.com. Certain brands are replenishable, others are not.

Order Confirmation

 

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have placed your order so you know we have received it! You will then receive an email containing your invoice after the order has been processed, containing a tracking number for Auspost or a shipping number for our couriers.  

 

Special Offer Codes

 

All codes can be redeemed on the last page of the checkout, and will take the set amount off your items in the cart.

 

Pricing

 

All Equine Envy prices are in $AUD and include GST.

 

Privacy and Security

 

How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

 

We value your privacy at Equine Envy and work had to ensure that your details are kept secure and never realised to any other party. We do not keep any credit card information whatsoever.

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

Equine Envy offers shipping at flat rate.

 

Depending on the service, you will receive notification and a tracking number when your item has been fulfilled.

 

In-store Collection

 

Equine Envy is happy for customers to place their orders via the website, and select 'In-store Collection' if they want to reduce their costs & pick up from the store themselves (or organise someone to collect on your behalf - in which case we require notification that this will occur).

 

Time for delivery:

 

All orders are hand packed at Equine Envy and we work as fast as possible to be able to get your gear to you. We aim to process and send orders within one business day, orders must be in before 3pm for same day dispatch.

 

Delivery will then take between 2 and 7 business days for orders within Australia - Rural areas may take a little longer to receive their goods. 

 

Tracking

 

You will be notified of the order confirmation and dispatch through your account via email, however the tracking of your parcel is available through Australia Post. You will receive an email containing your tracking number and the tracking service once your order has been dispatched.

 

Privacy Policy

 

Equine Envy understands that your privacy is important and ensures that information provided by you is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian Privacy law.

If you choose to provide your personal details to us, we may collect the requested information from you including your name and contact details and any other information that you supply to us.

 

Any information we collect is used to assist in providing you with relevant consumer information, notify you of products, stores openings and offers that may be of interest to you as a valued customer.

 

We do not disclose information that we hold to unrelated companies outside our corporate group for marketing purposes.

 

As required by law, you may opt out from direct marketing material that Equine Envy may send.
